School Vacation Camps

Cancelation Policy:

To help us plan staffing, supplies, and activities, the following cancellation policy applies to all camp registrations:

● 100% Refund: Cancellations made more than 2 months (60 days) before the first day of camp will receive a full refund.

● 50% Refund: Cancellations made more than 2 weeks (14 days) but less than 2 months before the first day of camp will receive a 50% refund.

● No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 weeks (14 days) of the camp start date are not eligible for a refund.

If the camp is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
